About AeroAssist

We make difficult air travel questions easier to act on.

AeroAssist exists for the cases that do not fit neatly into a booking form: passengers with extra needs, family handovers, equipment, animals, and airline-specific edge cases.

Our role

Policy-aware advice with human judgement.

Airline rules are often scattered across conditions, assistance pages, local airport processes, dangerous-goods guidance, and individual case decisions. AeroAssist brings the relevant pieces together and explains them in plain language.

We do not replace an airline, airport, doctor, border authority, insurer, or emergency service. We help the traveller understand which decision belongs to whom and what information can move it forward.

How we think

Calm, practical, and honest about the boundary.

01

Start with the person

A disability, age, animal, or piece of equipment does not describe the whole traveller. We ask what matters for this journey.

02

Separate fact from assumption

Published policy, submitted request, airline confirmation, and travel-day delivery are different things. We label each clearly.

03

Make the next step practical

The result should be usable: a route choice, a document list, a provider question, or a clear pre-departure plan.

A clear next step

Tell us what the traveller needs. We will help you understand the practical options and airline requirements.
