A calmer process

From a complex question to a clear travel plan.

You do not need to know every airline code or policy. Start with the traveller and the journey; we help organise what happens next.

Step 01

Request & intake

Tell us who is travelling, the proposed journey, and what support matters.

Step 02

Policy & airline assessment

We review the rules that apply to the route and operating carrier.

Step 03

Options & advisory

You receive practical options, trade-offs, and the questions still needing answers.

Why AeroAssist

Calm expertise, with the boundaries made clear.

Complex travel works better when expectations are practical, every responsibility is visible, and a request is never confused with confirmation.

Policy-level expertise

We look beyond a generic assistance request to the route, carrier, equipment, documents, and practical handovers.

A multi-airline view

When you have options, we compare what different airlines actually publish instead of defaulting to a single carrier.

Safety and dignity first

The traveller’s needs are described clearly and respectfully, with realistic boundaries rather than vague promises.

Support across the journey

From early questions to pre-departure checks, every open item and confirmation stays visible.

We will not promise what an airline or airport cannot deliver.

Good to know

Straight answers before you start.

A few of the questions families and travellers ask most often.

What does AeroAssist help with?

We research airline rules, compare workable options, organise passenger and equipment details, and coordinate agreed requests. We focus on journeys involving special assistance or unusual requirements rather than ordinary flight search alone.

Can you guarantee that an airline will accept my request?

No. We can present the case clearly and track the response, but the operating airline, airport provider, and relevant authorities make the final decisions. We will always distinguish a submitted request from a confirmed service.

Do you provide medical or legal advice?

No. We can identify where medical clearance, consent, immigration, or legal documents may be relevant, but qualified clinicians and official authorities must advise and decide on those matters.

How early should I contact you?

As early as practical, especially for animals, powered mobility equipment, medical clearance, complex connections, or children travelling alone. Short-notice cases can still be assessed, but options and response time may be limited.
